How do I place an order to ship to my customers?
Please indicate at the check out whether the products should be shipped to you or to your customers. If the products are to be drop shipped to your customers, you will be asked to provide another address different from your billing or company addresses. Note that if the shipping address is not the same as the address of your company, you will be billed for the drop ship price.


Can I use my own shipping labels?
Yes, you can use your own company’s shipping label so your customers will know the shipments are coming from you. However, you will first need to send us your shipping labels. Please send your labels to

When we are running low with you label inventory, our staff will contact you for more labels. Alternatively, you can send us via email your shipping labels. However, we will need you to “pre-format” it so can be printed immediately for purpose of shipping. We will not be responsible for designing the shipping label for you.


Can I ship the goods to myself rather than to my customers?
Yes, FeiGifts.com can ship goods to you instead of customers. Because shipping the goods to you reduces our labor cost of individually package the shipment to your customers. Therefore, you will receive a better saving of 50% off the suggested retail price vs 40% off for drop shipping.


When would the shipment be sent once the order is placed? How long does it take for the shipment to arrive?
Unless a product is out of stock, the shipment will be sent within 1 to 2 business days. The shipment arrival time will depend on the shipping carrier that you choose. In case a product is out of stock, a situation that we will try to prevent, we will contact you to let you know how long the backorder would be. You can determine then whether you want to go ahead with the order or cancel the order.


How can I download product images?
By right click on the image and save the image to a jpg file. If the image is not clear enough for your use, call our representatives at 832-398-0208.


What should I do if a customer wants to return the goods?
If the return is within 30 days, customers will need to return the goods to us in the original package in order to get credit. Please review our return policies. These return policies will be included in the packing slip along with the shipment. If you offer different return policies to your customers, please contact us to discuss options.


Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we do not offer international shipping. However, if there is enough demand, we will consider.If you currently offer international shipping to your customers, you will need to purchase some inventory from us for such purpose.
